Warren Harper

My wife, Kim, was born and raised in NW Arkansas, and I moved to "Hog Country" when I was 17. We both are University of Arkansas Fayetteville alumni.  "WOO PIG SOOIE...RAZORBACKS!"

I am blessed to be a beloved son, brother, husband, dad, and friend. I have worked as a sales professional for several years, helping multi-billion dollar companies achieve results and desired outcomes by leveraging technology solutions.

In 2019, my best friend, Toma Carlton, who was living in Gulf Shores, Alabama, became a Realtor with EXIT Allstar Gulf Coast Realty and told me that he had found what we have always been looking for: a path to prosperity based on the Golden Rule and serving others. In 2020, I became a Realtor, joined a boutique brokerage in Farmington, Arkansas and began my journey as a real estate professional. 

In January 2023, Toma and his wife Darcie, moved from Gulf Shores to NW Arkansas to start an EXIT Realty franchise. Kim and I were delighted that they wanted to include us in this endeavor. On January 19, 2023, Harper Carlton Group, LLC. was founded and our brokerage, EXIT Realty Harper Carlton Group in Rogers, AR was launched a few months following, with Toma Carlton as the Principal Broker.

Finally, my wife, Kim, is one of my biggest heroes. In addition to being a joint owner of our brokerage, she works at naturopath clinic providing services and guidance that helps people live healthier and fuller lives. Our desire is to maximize the use of our God-given talents and abilities in the service of others and to see the community of people living fulfilled lives of health, happiness, prosperity and purpose increase on an ongoing basis.
